Borrowers who wish to exercise their right to assert errors and/or requests about their mortgage loan account under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act must send a request in writing to: Union Home Mortgage; PO Box 642; Sylvania, OH 43560. The request must include: (1) the borrower’s name; (2) the borrower's mortgage loan account number or property address; and (3) the error believed to have occurred and/or the information requested.
